DIGItal technologies for optimizing the Continuum of CARE for diabetes and hypertension management in India’s public healthcare system.
DIGI-CARE is an implementation research project that aims to improve the use of existing digital health technologies under the National Programme for Non-Communicable Diseases (NP-NCD). The project focuses on strengthening the use of platforms such as the National NCD Portal and eSanjeevani to support screening, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, referral, and data-based decision-making for diabetes and hypertension care.
